Loosing about 50 FPS when in most menus, friends list being the worst.

in Graphical and Sound Issues
Been happening for a while now, menus in this game for some reason tend to tank my FPS. Im normally running around 90 to 100+ FPS in STO. But when I open my friends list, my FPS drops to 40... :/ Anyone got any tips?

System: I7 6700 CPU, GTX1080Ti Video Card, 16 GB of Ram. All Drivers up to date.

    I know this happens on computers with graphics card in SLI, but you only got a single card?
