Where is the lifetime sub offer ?

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
I have seen on the launch screen, that there's a lifetime sub offer of $199 instead of $299.
However, when using the subscribe now button, the opened page shows a value of 299,99 €, which is almost double the advertised $199.

What's happening ?
How can players benefit from the correct price ?
