Quad Cannons don't get buffed by Preferential Targeting

Hello,

As in the title, the trait from the NX Refit "Preferential Targeting" buffs all weapons affected by rapid fire, but the quad cannons are the only exception and receive no benefit from this trait (but CRF), a little nuisance, since they have high dps potential and that just gets kinda ruined by this bug. Simple interaction error I presume, fix would be appreciated.

That is a good catch, hope they get it fixed seems a lot of weapons are broken in 1 way or another lately. Perhaps time to do a complete run through of them to make sure they are all up to spec.
