Dil refining - time changed?

As long as I have played the dilithium refining time was dead on 6pm CST every day. Since the last patch it seems to be random for me... It is 7pm now and still can't refine? I see nothing in patch notes.

    I usually refine first thing in the morning, so I don't know if the cutoff time is 6 or what. I thought it was 6, but it could have changed. I refined this morning no problems, so it's not broken, I don't think.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    Daylight Savings Time. Even in the 25th Century, we still haven't shaken loose its illogical shackles.

    Nope, not changed. Still Midnight GMT/UTC as always.

    4pm PST, 5pm DST here,... like clockwork. I'm a gold subscriber though so it refines automatically for me.

    That's correct but keep in mind that 6pm central standard time equates to 7pm central daylight time. Daylight savings, as the other posters said.
    When you see "TRIBBLE" in my posts, it's because I manually typed "TRIBBLE" and censored myself.

    Still midnight GMT for me, don't think Cryptic adjusts by DST unlike warframe

    Midnight GMT for me as well.

    Whether that changes near the end of the month (back to BST again), we'll see.

    It will still stay the same at midnight GMT/UTC, but will be 1am BST for us.

    For Sydney Australia it's 11 am for DST and 10 am otherwise, but currently it's DST.

    It doesn't in the way you think. Like if you don't play for a week, it can do 56k (8k per day up to a week) that you have extra. Like example if you have 100k of D and then take a week off from the game, when you come back 56k of that will be refined.

    It auto-refines only if you haven't logged in during that day.
