Xindi-Reptilian BOFF Male no Arms/Chest

in Graphical and Sound Issues
The Xindi-Reptilian BOFF (Lobi), does not show any arms or chest while wearing Terran Empire Jupiter Uniform (Leeta) (Lobi)...and in cut-scenes when he is in view his chest and arms are catian and covered in fur. Normal gameplay, he just has none.
