Control Amplification not triggered by slows or -repels

So, I noticed that Control Amplification does not show on the tooltip for
Gravity well, -repel
Chronometric Inversion Field, -Flight Speed
Timeline Collapse, -repel
all are control powers.
Is it WAI that these effects no longer trigger Control Amp? Tooltip error? Unintended bug?
