XCom 2 or Farm these damn omegas?

Been trying to motivate myself to farm more omegas because of the upgrade weekend. Getting nowhere because I get distracted by Xcom2 and then poof.....3 hours gone.
Anyone else having the same problem this week?

If you find yourself disappointed in the results of the coin toss, do the opposite.
XCOM 2 has definitelly interesting story... unfortunately, it's not fitting my game-preferences in terms of style (too much logistics/building, lol), but my husband happens to like it, so I just end up watching him, to enjoy the story, heh. So win-win situation; to have some time with him, while enjoying a good sci-fi story.

I have 3 issues with XCOM2 (yes, I own it).
1. The game spams hi-pri missions left and right. There's not 1 day that goes by before several spam notices come up of hi-pri missions that you need to do. The game spams you so much as if it's Fallout 4's Preston Garvey is telling you what to do in this game. It gets pretty old, real fast. While this is highly annoying, the next really detracts from what otherwise could have been a top-of-the-line game.
2. The Turn Limits in the tactical game speed things up so much that it strips Tactical options/maneuvering, and even lessens the value of an entire soldier class, Sharpshooter. You barely have enough time to run your troops in a straight line to the objective, tripping every Alien encounter along the way because you are pressed for time. There is no time for complex Hammer & Anvil tactics. There is no time to send the whole force around the flank or hitting from the rear. You don't have the time. There is no time to send your sniper rifle-specialized Sharpshooter into higher terrain for fields of fire and covering the advance. You don't have the time. And if you do position your Sharpshooter like that, the nature of sniper rifle use, i.e. being able to fire it only without starting the turn with a move on that character, means that the Sharpshooter is going to be left behind and not make it to the Evac/Extract zone. The Sharpshooter ran out of time while the rest of the force escaped.
In XCOM 2, there is only 1 valid, reliable tactic: FRONTAL ASSAULT. Get yourself whatever mix of Grenadiers, Rangers, Specialists that you prefer. The nature of their combat is mobile. They can press into enemy positions and still do their full range of combat capabilities. Not Sharpshooters. Just ignore Sharpshooters altogether because the nature of their combat is too slow for the Speedy, Oversimplified Tactics of XCOM 2.
3. This game's LOS mechanics are awful and inconsistent. All characters, yours and the enemy, have this weird tendency to be able to see through walls, see through entire buildings to engage and hit a target. Sometimes walls & buildings work and block LOS like they should. But it's not surprising to get picked off from some enemy behind some big building that shouldn't be able to see you.
Oh, one other thing: Regardless of what hitting percentage the game says you have before you commit to a shot, it doesn't matter. The word you should be used to seeing is this: "MISSED!"
The game goes out of its way for letting you customize like no X-Com game has ever done. The story is pretty interesting. But these issues really detract from what should have been GOTY material.
