Looped earrings not available for "Pointed 02" ears

On female characters, looped earrings are not available for "Pointed 02" ears.
Steps to reproduce
1. Log on to a female Vulcan character.
2. Visit the tailor. Select a costume slot and click "Modify". Then, click on the "Head" tab.
3. Select "Pointed 05" from the drop-down list for "Ears".
4. Select "Earring - Looped" from the drop-down list for "Earrings".

5. Select "Pointed 02" from the drop-down list for "Ears". Observe that the drop-down list for "Earrings" is missing.
