Ship Shakes in Sector when Cam is in Front

While travelling in sector, if I move the camera from the rear of the ship to the front so the front of the ship is facing forward to the camera and the ship is flying toward you, the ship shakes and moves up and down violently as if in extreme turbulence. Move the camera back to the side or rear of the ship and it stops.

Seems to me more violent if there is something nearby in the background like a nebula

Also seems to be tied with zoom level since it doesn't do it at all zoom levels

I've had the same problem for a few months. It even shakes sometimes when the camera bounces back to the default rear chase view, but the ship shaking is far worse if I try to view the front of the ship. It's not always consistent though, and I can' tell what is triggering the bug. Perhaps it is zoom level, which I didn't notice as I swapped from one character to the next. Has anybody reported a way to fix this yet?
