Unable to buy Breen Frigates from the Hangar tab of the Ship Equipment vendor

Hi

I'm unable to buy the Breen Frigates from the ship equipment vendor. I have completed the project for the Carrier, unpacked the ship and have it selected as my current ship - but nothing appears in the vendor.

Any ideas?

    Gotta have the plesh break raider too.
