Data Sample to R&D Material Conversion does not auto-unpack with stacks >50

Starting Condition: Player has at least 150 of a single type of the old crafting data samples (such as Plasma Samples)
1. Right click the stack of data samples and select Use to open the conversion "store" window
2. Select the appropriate sample type to convert and drag the slider to 50 and accept the conversion
3. Repeat step 2, however this time drag the slider to 100 and accept the conversion
Actual result: Setting the amount to convert to any amount higher than 50 at a time will result in the "middle man" containers being dumped into the player's inventory without auto-unpacking into the new R&D Material types, thus forcing the player to open these inventory items 1 at a time.
Expected result: The "middle man" containers always auto-unpack no matter how large their stack size is.
