New issue since DR launch
Sortie bravo optional is failing even tho requirements are met.
Transport raid- raided all 6 freighters still failed optional
Ericsson outpost raided 4 freighter, failed optional
Unable to complete 'Path of the warrior'
I thought I accidentally killed freighters before looting in freighter raid even tho I COUNTED 6 loots, so I assumed it was my mistake as I'm learning a new ship. Looted 4 freighters in Ericsson (shown in pic below), STILL failed optional.

PLEASE FIX R&D materials going into general inventory. Its VERY immersion breaking to have to go into inventory DURING battle to move looted R&D materials to R&D tab from general inventory.
