Purchased Kar'Fi cant be claimed for free on latest alt

Hey Community.

The following Issue has occurred: A Kar'Fi Battle Carrier has been purchased in C-Stor two years ago. As account wide unlock it has been successfully reclaimed on alts for free. On latest toon however the claim process for free does not work. The game clearly states that 2000 Zen are in need (again) to purchase or claim it. Are any information’s around about bugs or is there anything else that could have been gone wrong?

    There are two ways of getting the Kar'fi. One is with the veteran token that each of your characters get, the other is to pay 2000 zen for a full account unlock. If you are sure you paid those 2000 zen then you need to open a ticket with customer support.

    The only thing I see this causing a problem is you dont' have any open ship slots.

    Either that, or you're trying to claim as a non-KDF :P

    That, the Kar'fi is a VA token option. If you know you actually bought it, CS needs to help.

    Unless you're trying to claim it on a Romulan. It's a T5 ship so that's never happening.

    One thing to note, since I didn't see it mentioned, is that the ship you get with a veteran token doesn't grant a fleet ship module discount for the fleet version. You would need to pay zen to unlock the ship account wide for the discount.

    (The Kar'fi does have a fleet version but you need to be in a fleet with a tier 3 fleet spire to purchase it, and if you own the c-store version it gives a ship module discount)

    There are only two reason why I know this should happen. One already stated, not enough ship space in your ship roster. Two, you say this is a new alt, is he of correct level?
