with the technicians recharge time reduction officers, hitting a2b gives us cd reduction on bridge officer abilities. cool.
but problem is instead of reducing, it gives another +10-15s extra cd on those pets that are under cooldown after hitting a2b
im not sure if it's works as intended :P

Yeah, that's why you don't use Aux2Batt on carriers where you need to spam pets fast, OP. You need to keep high Aux for that, Aux2Batt pretty much removes your Aux (and it should remove it more consistently even than it does now, it's 'kinda-sorta' bugged in that you regain some aux when the ability is still running).
Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.
Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!
