Why is My Khan now Bald?

After the last update I can no longer select Khan's hairstyle on any of my toons. Is this by design? Or did the hair get bumped off the list when you made the "fixes" to the costume to make it 100% off duty only?

    There was a serious case of the infamous ceti alpha 5..., um I mean the infamous recently renamed ceti alpha 3 louse so all khans had to shave their had.


    The official statement is they are investigating, the haircut is generally not available any more

    The Khan hair option is back.
    The patch will most likely go live on the normal Thursday schedule.

    They actually fixed it with today's patch 2/6. I confirmed by checking it myself in game at 10 am PST on 2/6.

    The only CURRENT hiccup is the bangs now have a small graphics glitch right near the nose bridge. I think it looks fine however I know some perfectionist may not.

    So rest assured they do fix things when they can. This was I am sure just a simple mistake which we all make those as we are not Borg; we are human after all, as are the PW/Cryptic/STO team.

    My history with this Khan Hairstyle bug started on 01/30/14
    *RESOLVED missing Khan Hairstyle in Advanced/Off-Duty/Head at tailors*
    I noticed day one when the hair disappeared & sent in bug report in game then tweeted them the photo screen shots to show when I would modify my costume in game at any tailor (City & Academy) the hair disappeared (bald/Khan was no longer in the hairstyle list). I saved the outfit on then tried to load it to see if that would work & still no Khan hairstyle was available only a bald character whom had hair but if I wanted to modify anything on here (the color for example of her top then she would lose the Khan hair.). I was in the Off Duty Section & had unlocked the outfit from using arc.

    Officer of Fed side - Borg Syndicate: Isulaya (FED Sci) & Isu'laya (ROM Eng) . Admin/Head Officer of KDF side - Blood Empire: A'Nari (KDF Tac). Both have 400+ (usually 500) active fleet members in each of the fleets = I is one busy woman.

    U sure that hairstyle was not available before?? i didnt know that was the khan hairstyle.. but i swear, i did see it before the patch.. almost in my female boffs... but maybe im wrong.

    Your thinking of the I think its called EMO or PUNK hairstyle its right near the KHAN hairstyle in the customization & has two color options too.
