RP Hubs that have their own instances or switching our current taverns to none map zone instance?

I'd like to see our taverns and and such have their own instances like the moonstone mask,Why you ask? well for for one events often lag the instances and these own zone locations are the only peace you find from the lag it creates,also free of the zone chat but that in the "own" instances. Love to see some of the hubs also get a over haul to make a few bigger for all players, maybe make it more diverse for RP purposes or scenery,etc but you do suggest below and lets hope it catches on!
