Claim Guild Leadership Button not working

Completely inactive guild. I have the option to claim leadership. Click the button with no results.

    The button appears after 30 days, but the actual claim thing was changed to work after 60 days, so you need to wait.

    This change was due to a hurricane, but that was more then half year ago...and was never changed back...

    It's been 6 months. So, it's not working correctly.

    I've requested that it be changed back to 30 days but if it's been 6 months, I would send a ticket to customer support.

    i have the same issue. ive already logged a ticket with arc and they said it is a bug and directed me here,
