Void locket: goat BOP, drops shadowclad instead of dread enchantment.

I bought the new key + void locket pack. Goat says binds on equip, but mine became char bound.
Anyone has the same problem?


Update: Locket is removed from zenshop. - Will be back after maintenance.
Goat is bop, not on purpose. This will be patched today.
The void dropped shadowclad insead of Dread!

I hope those who bought the pack will get some remedies.

Also, I Cant find any goat or dread enchantment on AH, so I believe they must be bound for others as well.

based on who is selling shadowclad enchants in the AH and the people i have seen winning lockbox rewards i think the void locket is dropping shadowclad enchants

Hey it drops shadowclad, NOT dread enchantmet like it says it does. Also mu goat was bound.

So you released a ZEN item that has the wrong enchantment in the tooltip and the included companion has an incorrect bind type. Are there at least 20 keys in the pack?

Well, I think the goat will become BOE, retrospectively I hope. I've already spent my keys, so no good there.
However, if i knew, that it drops the shadowclad enchantment instead of the dread, I would not have bought it in the first time.
I feel a little cheated.

And what if someone bought it.. and got the wrong enchant.. hoping for something else? are we getting zen back.. or something? i really wanted the enchant.. i got an enchant, but the wrong one!!!!! how are they going to adress it?

Got wrong enchant, put in ticket. Think this was on Friday. Had a quick response from customer service and did what they asked. Had correct enchant by Monday afternoon. Yea it was a pita but this time customer service came through.

Same as some others, submitted a ticket on the mix up. Got a speedy professional, courteous response and replacement.
