Multiform, straight out of the PnP - you have multiple powersets that you can switch between (set 1 - electrical blaster, set 2 - melee tank, set 3 - mystical powers, that sort of thing).

Transformation powers like the Transformers, or a number of other mecha tales. I want my robot character to be able to literally turn into the Vehicle, complete with animation!

You repeat the formula for Coriolis acceleration very very fast and you disorient your targets.

You open a portal down in the subway right in front of an oncoming subway train. You then open the other end of the portal right in front of your targets.

The train then hits your target before going through another portal right behind them, safely returning to the subway u3u

My favorite science fight is over at Dresden Codak, when Kim Ross teaches Leviathan why you don't necessarily want to be throwing around electrical charges while wearing ferrous armor. (Then it escalates into a Dark Science fight...)

I think a lot of Prime's transhumanism comes from me picking up Dresden Codak around the time Kim got her cybernetics.

Ive always wanted an entire powerset devoted to bug sumoning
often i use dark or poison powers for my bug control character
but it would be nice if there were more.

Staff Combat, or more staffs in Greatweapon like a broom or pool cue
though the heavy weapon melee doesnt hold staff weapons quite right.

be nice if there was more of a agility or magicy version
such as one that lets you power up your staff with ice or fire
or powers that have ranged blast powers shoot from one end
    of the staff.

whips and nets.... or make the chain melee customizable to use
    whips/rope/netty objects.

Ive always wanted a shapeshifty power set using streching
and body wepontry sure you can kinda do this with costuming
but it would be nice to have something integrated and cohesive.

I'd go for staffs/polearms if I had the choice of just one new powerset....followed closely by plant control.

What I'd love to see is weapon and body emanation points for most powers. Wizards shooting fireballs from staffs, pulp characters firing toxic clouds from their gas guns (we even have a pulp "gas-gun" in- game!) and vigilantes firing arrows from wrist mounted bow guns....that sort of thing.

I saw this thread and first thing I thought of was Staff Combat. I'd prefer it with no fire/ice/or whatchawhoits. Just straight up smack you in the face with a wood staff fighting. Although... lots of different skins for staffs would be awesome too.

You know, there is one power I'd like to actually see, but I'm not sure how the Devs could do do it.

There are no heroes with the duplication power, in game, I mean. There's a villain that can do it, but our heroes cannot do the same thing he does.

To be honest, duping any hero even once, or worse 2 to 4 times would be incredibly OP inside CO. A 40th level Tempest could enter any mission with no team because he would be a team unto himself (or herself).

However, if our heroes could make physical copies, that function and act the same way the "Pets" already do (punching, slapping, biting, machine gunning), but they would simple look like our hero instead of looking like a robot or a teddy bear or dinosaur, THIS would finally allow a - The Duplicator - archetype to exist.

Again, might be beyond our games ability to install.

Pocky Abuse probably won't work on villains over the age of about eight.

OTOH, it's reminiscent of a power one character in a game I ran had; her player was a budding absurdist comedian, so the character gained a special form of Presence attack - she would burst onto the scene, and utter some ridiculous statement (kick in the door of the villain's hideout, jump through, and announce brightly, "Hi, guys! I brought the potato salad!!").

If she could give the GM pause, the villain(s) was/were Stunned for 1d3 segments, unable to move or attack as they processed the absurdity. If she could make the GM laugh, that was worth a 6d6 Entangle with a time limit of 1d6 segments, as the villain(s) would also start laughing. This was an NND PRE attack, defenses being deafness, total lack of a sense of humor, or not understanding English.

Pity I can't think of any way for an MMO to adjudicate this...

Deadpool only stymies the audience and his "fellow" heroes - his vict- er, I mean opponents just take it in stride.

Non Sequitur had an actual psychic-powered Presence attack that temporarily altered her target's perception of reality, depending on how she affected the GM.

Besides, the Deadpool clones are as humorless as the original form, Deathstroke. All serious about how they aren't clones, this is really an original concept that just happens to look and fight like DP and be named Wade Wilson...

    Double-Barreled Shotgun.

10 targets, 1.5 sec charge, must be fully charged, 50ft range, 80ft Cone, guaranteed knockback for all targets

    Adv:

Sawn-Off - decreases range to 30ft, increases cone to 120ft

Boomstick! - Removes Charge time, adds 3 second unchanging cooldown

CONES DO NOT WORK THAT WAY! They're called DEGREES!~

I want a powerset that uses the deadly powers of math:
    • Shuffle digits of the enemy's health.
    • Heal yourself by the sum of all your recharge times multiplied by X.
    • Deal DoT dependent on the median value of your stats
    • Kill enemy if their current health is a prime number

It would be GREAT! and impossible to balance
