    You know I don't appreciate your remark. It was not very professional. I never mentioned giggles or laughs. I've been with this game since open beta and am a lifetime member and spend hundreds of dollars a year on this game and have never been disrespected like that. I feel the issue needs to be addressed and asked you to either reopen or forward my concern to the proper support team. I must assume you as a professional have done the latter. If not please let me know so that I may take this to someone who cares and is more professional.

      Nope as I am a moderator enforcing the forum rules. Again, you CANNOT just make multiple threads because you want to post "Where there is more activity". There is a proper forum for your issue, you posted it in there, then made a duplicate post.

      So number 1, duplicate posts are not allowed and number 2 it was posted in the wrong spot.

      Yes, it was closed just like every duplicate thread we see. As a moderator my job is to keep the forums as clean and clear of clutter as best as I can. You made your post so yes, you have the right to visit the support site and contact them for support or wait for the players to respond to your original post, however as I do not work at the PWE office, I do not have the ability to file tickets for players. I do hope you did search the technical forums though for answers since there is quite a few....

      I did and did not find a solution. That still does not justify your original remark about giggles. It was insulting and rude to a concerned player. Sorry but that is how I took it. You could have made your point without that comment. This is a customer oriented business and I don't feel that was proper respect for innocent oversight on my part.

      That really doesn't matter. I'm telling as a customer your comment was insulting. You can either step up and apologize or not. The or not will force me to file a complaint against you. I pay a lot of money to the game I don't do being insulted. I barely post on the forums so if I did it before it was not recently. That still does not matter, you did not act in a professional manner!

      Isegn, what business is this of yours? That aside. I'm a professional and expect the same courtesy especially over something I pay a great deal of money to. It's my money and I expect professional behavior. I did not receive such behwvior. I have a valid complaint. That is the nature of customer relations.

    I also posted the issue in the poper area too guess what still NOTHING was done for it o be fixed so once again my point was proven.

      It doesn't matter if it's been fixed or not. Bug reports do not belong in general discussion.

      While all bug reports are looked at, it doesn't mean devs will comment on every single one of them or mark them all as priority.
