could u make the heros characters be not only whatever their class is other than tactical if they r tactical then let them be able to heal as well as work on warp cores picard knew something about his ship as well as janeway yes i watch my star trek cried when spock got killed but anyway starship captains need to know there ships and not only that but adm. should be able to boss other starfleet people around not be given missions and thats it.
