Log in Sitting at Earth Spacedock and I can't think of anything to do. I could do a normal queue...but thats pointless... I could go into an advanced queue, fail, get 10 marks and a 30 minute wait to do it again... I could work making my build more 1 dimensional and boring (but more effective), but that has huge timers on…
Hello, I played this game first years ago, quit then returned from the Romulan expansion, played a Rom to 50 quit, now I'm playing AGAIN having joined back up just prior to delta recruitment. I'm playing a level 60 Sci officer now. The PUGs I join accomplish an advanced que about 5% of the time, about once every 20…
I'm aware of that, however, this is a KLINGON Science ship...I think going 4/2 would be a nice change of pace. Science ships are all about that forward 180 arc anyway with the deflector. By setting it up more aggressively, you get around a bit of that "Klingon's wouldn't make this" stuff, since its still aggressive, but…
You want a fair amount of Aux, yes. I prioritize, Aux, Weapons, Shields, Engines in that order. Any deflector ability uses Aux. Personally, I run a "drain" build, where I make my opponent a dead stick in space and just blast away until they die, it works very well. Depending on what abilities you want to use, you'll need…
I'm in the stupid Cardassian sector of the plot, I logged in, did two, leveled once, and logged out, thats as much as I could take last night. Up to 40 though, 10 more to go!
Beams are pretty awful for Single Target DPS, cannon are vastly superior. I have a 60 Sci Capt with All Mk XIV Ultra Rare Beams and his DPS gets outclassed by my Defiant with Mk XII Rare's with my level 52. Both ships are T5U, but the Defiant with the cannons is only level 2. The only real difference, Cannons vs Beams.…
The naming restrictions got on my nerves last night too. I wanted to name my Klingon Federation Officer's Constitution Class after old Klingons from TOS "USS Kor" or something like that. All the names are "restricted" and can't be used. Ended up going with U.S.S. ShipName. Pretty lame.
I'm just really annoyed the new Galaxy doesn't come with the Saucer Separation console. I want the new ship, but I want saucer separation (its iconic to the ship!) but to do that, I have to buy TWO ships. No. Instead I'll buy NONE of them.
The Andromeda Class is ugly, very very ugly. The new Galaxy should ALSO come with Saucer Separation. Why should I have to buy TWO ships for that ability? You just lost a sale on that choice.
You're full of ****. I end-game in a T5U and have zero issues with it. The ONLY difference between T5U and T6 is the ship ability, NOTHING MORE. Stop trolling.
50,000 Dilithium for the turn in, plus 2000 more for every shard past that for at least another 7 days or so. Thats 64,000 Dilithium for nearly no work. Still worth turning in, just not for the Torpedo.
Got it, opened it, used it, was highly disappointed. I'm running 3 +Antiproton damage tac consoles, I'm built for anti-proton...but at the end of the day its still a Torpedo and is therefore slow and awful unless you spend a lot of skills and points making it decent. I'm not as experienced as some, but I find it hard to…
