Ha! Here in 10/2023 with the same issue. Has anyone found a fix. Where is my username stored, and how do we fix it. If STO and ARC don't know how to fix it. (But yes, I can play if I enter the username and pw manually) I'm thinking it has something to do with a perfect world carryover from the old days. I've played both on…
