The map you linked to isn't canon either, though. The TrekLit continuity is probably more reliable, mainly because the Vanguard books were signed off by CBS. Indeed, the Vanguard series does a show that Tholian space is bordered by both the Federation and Klingon Empire, so I'd hope that any new sectors are put below the Eta Eridani Sector Block. I'm interested in seeing if any of the Vanguard stuff is incorporated into the Tholian story, to be honest.

Is there any chance you can give us an update as to when this patch will go live? I'm not going to wait up half the night to play this, as much as I'd like to. If the UK is only going to get the chance to play this tomorrow, I'd appreciate the heads up.

I'm wondering this too. Usually, patches seem to come at about 7 PM here, but I'd expect to see the patch notes - or some indication that the server is going down - much sooner.

I think I know what you're talking about. I have to click the tabs twice sometimes, when switching servers, before the patcher will start to load. So, I'll click once, and nothing will happen - but the launcher will highlight the tab - and then I have to click again before anything happens.

No, the Tholians are not conquerors - they are isolated, and prefer not to have any contact with other species unless they need to. I don't really think they should be buffed at all. Lockbox ships are a novelty - people choose to sink hundreds of pounds or millions of credits into purchasing them, they're not forced to. Fleet ships should be better than them, because actual in-game work will be put into being able to purchase them.
