In trek, lounges seemed to have multiple uses..plays, orchestral and many musical performances. On the more casual side, i could see a type of step stage, maybe with a grand piano, and stepping up to the wall for orchestral events (probably circular steps)
To me, it would stand to reason that as ships got bigger, starfleet would have to fabricate a new drydock class to accommodate. perhaps a new 2409 class can be created sometime down the road? And for now, leave the nemisis classes as they are.
