I do remember that, I'm pretty sure they did that to offset the 25 lvls of fed play we had to endure to unlock klingon play...25 lvls of nothing but 3 pvp maps (which has not changed to a great degree) - along with the "darmok and jilard- eyes closed" badge they gave as an apology for another woopsie.....

No, you misunderstand me, I am not referring to upgrades or anything, what I am asking is, are there any NEW ships that can be gained via normal game/level progression to go along with the level cap increase?
