Yes I do. I would take it back to the garage if they said they just fixed it... You are acting as if this the server didn't just go down 2 days ago and we were told that this maintenance was being performed then so that we would not have any interruption today. I do see your point being valid only if they did not stick…

News flash: its called customer service and we seem to have a shortage. But if people pay money for this then the have a right to complain about services not rendered. I personally don't like paying for something that I can't use. But you must like it...
