Tac captains are now all running tykens rift. web snare / hold / disable engines of target or tractor, then hit them with tykens rift. 0 to all power in a few seconds and cant move because engine power is 0. only way to get out is to teleport/jump or fluidic console.
I don't think they will ever do separate servers. And I'm waiting for the day they visit pvp and balance it out more, but something tells me this is a year or two away before they ever decided to invest time into it. In the meantime, I will be getting my fix from Space Engineers and Elite Dangerous.

Yeah the queues are mostly empty. I got it to pop today but harrasing all of my friends and the 5 people in kerrat, I was able to get 8 people into the queue and we were able to play C&H. But it took me 30 mins straight to beg and ask everyone I could think of to queue up.

TBH, the proof is in the pudding. Go look at kerrat and the pvp queues. Pre-DR, they were packed and full. non stop pvp queues popping, 3 or 4 instances of kerrat going.
