Um...but some of the so called "fleet" events already in game can be played with a group as small as 5, and you can play foundry missions with a 5 man group too. So why take away something that was already there?

Simply posting a quote by Jack Emmert is not a "whine". Elaborating on that quote in a dissatisfied manner would be, but that isnt what they did.

The reason you think you saw them say that is because you did. And the reason you cant find where they said is is because it has now been deleted. To elaborate, the day that info was released someone asked the very question of whether it was players or characters, and Branflakes answered that it was in fact players.…
