Did not read anything past OP. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Now, not only are we being limited on our rep traits, but they're being included with our racial traits and then limited to 4 space? I have 2 captains for each class, one focused on space, one on ground. Now you're saying I can't have all ground? or…

Oh and another company is claiming some regions are having internet problems and is affecting their games, since I can't log on there either I am guessing it's the same problem an hopefully will fix itself eventually, despite my tracert looking good.

I have, I have also completely reinstalled the game. It's doing the same thing on the other system as well now.
