Apparently, there was an issue with the October 6th patch that rendered some systems unable to play the game as the patch messed with the DirectX component for the game, so until they find a way to fix this, some players (myself included) are also unable to play the game on pc.

Yes i've waited more than 10 minutes for it to load and still nothing, I've also tried the other options you've mentioned and still nothing. Hopefully it's the DirectX thing and it gets fixed soon.
