I am new to STO. I’ve been playing it on PS4 for a couple of weeks & am only level 29.
I notice the PvP & PvE queues are always dead, however there are beginner missions that we noobs can complete if we can only get enough people to fill a queue.
Thereore, I am looking to form a band or fleet of other noobs whom are willing to work together to knock out the PvP & PvE missions available to us.
Once we complete our missions, or are close, we can recruit other noobs to join & take our places so we can move on to other fleets.
Any PS4 STO players who are interested in forming up send me a PM & we can exchange PSN user names & start trying to knock out those missions & get the XP & items from them.

That’s what I thought. Somebody on Reddit told me that I (& the official Wiki) are incorrect & that it doesn’t unlock until Tier VI, now. I tested it a little while ago. It is Tier V. The guy on Reddit is spreading incorrect information.

Um, yeah, I said I couldn't find it. The only way I can get to teh forums is on my Mac. On my phone, when I go to the drop down menu & click forums I get a page that is blank in the forums section. I am having the same problem on PS4, except there is no way to “claim” it in the PlayStation store. Well, I finally got another one with my main character, but it was more than 48 hours between that & the previous one. At this rate, I won't be able to get the Vorgon ship.
