Haven't bothered to update. Will wait till I read about some positive outcomes. Support asked me to do a traceroute and send them the txt file incl the name of my ISP and the part of the world I play from. Done that and now waiting for their reply.
Latest response from support that I received: "Upon further investigating, our Lead GM found out that the promised fix has not resolved the issue for some players. We truly are sorry for what has happened. Rest assured, however, that we are coordinating with the Development Team to get this fixed the soonest. You may wait…
I too have integrated Intel HD Graphics 4600, and as far as I am aware, they mentioned in the graphics update announcement that this will work even after the change next year! So I fail to see why integrated graphics should be a problem now!! I am sure they have bunged it all up somewhere in the patch. Hope they resolve it…

Uninstalled arc, game - deleted leftover files - did a fresh reinstall - download used up (wasted) a lot of GB of my data - clicked on Engage - which lead me to the Graphics reset screen - the screen froze - the game crashed - produced a crash incident ID. Yes, was asked by support to send dxdiag text file. Then asked to do a force verify, then run in safe mode. Nothing worked. Now have been asked to uninstall the game and leftover files, do a fresh reinstall and see if that fixes the issue. I am going to try doing that now. All this is so effing frustrating!!! :/
Same here! Tried everything. Nothing works. Sent an email to support. They asked for the dxdiag text file. Have sent it to them. Haven't been able to play since the update. Hope this gets resolved quickly.
Which mission would that be? I'm also facing this issue during the mission 'Brushfire'. I tried playing this mission with not 1 but two characters and both had the same problem!! Had to eventually close the client through task manager.
Have the same problem, only that I was able to transfer all the duplicate items to the bank slots, thus emptying the OB and was then able to access the reward packs in the inventory. Don't know whether to delete the duplicated items and bridge officers all of which are 'Max - one per character only'!!
Ok...so they are freebies. Ty for that. But do these badges and titles have any practical functions in the game?? Are they of any worth to the players?? If not, then I really don't see the logic of giving out such stuff!
I am experiencing the same issues since yesterday's patch!! The launcher will take like forever to login, and when it does the characters take an awful time to load or else I get disconnected from server. If I am lucky enough to play, the game gets laggy....especially during the CC event!! Feel so effing frustrated!!! :mad:
Hey! Thanks for the tip. It worked!!!! It took a while as I had a 1000+ to do and wore my forefinger out with all that clicking!! :) The strange thing was that the conversion worked instantly for the Random (rare) materials, but not with common and uncommon!!! Anyway, Thanks again!!! :D
