I notice that. I was talking to Joe and STO and so I remoted into my PC and tested again. I dismissed my current heavy destroyer t6-x and then redeem the t6 from the vendor. Check and the Console is now on there. I unequip and reequip. 😵💫I swear my mind these days lol. Issue can be ignored

Tachyokinetic console is from the Lobi store in which I dont buy lock box keys often. The Torpedo Point Defense has a 2 min cool down which i dont mind. My fleet base is only t3. Embassy T0 and DMine t1
