  • I have the same problem. I purchased ZEN via steam wallet before without problems. Now that I need it, it won't work (just getting the "failed for unknown reason" message). It is bad enough that I still have to buy so many ZEN for Keys and stuff despite I already have a lifetime subscription. So at least, it should work.
