What does that make the Dreadnought, then? It's from the same box and it's specifically noted as being very rare. I'd think that would fit the slot traditionally filled by the T6.
Is there any possibility that we'll be able to name these ships? "Mirror Ha'feh Assault Warbird" as the name of a ship I'm dispatching is long, cumbersome and impersonal.
I would argue that the recent storylines, since the opening of the Delta Gateway, have done an excellent job of portraying the Republic as an equal entity to the others. I can't think of a single point since "Sphere of Influence," the first mission in the Iconian arc, where my character was ever treated as a Fed and not…
The Tactical and Science ones look pretty solid. Not a huge fan of the Engi version, it looks... awkward. They're decent additions overall, certainly improvements over the giant flying pile of garbage that is the Scimitar. Hopefully the next set of episodes will involve the R.R.W. Lleiset being blown up so that the…
I went in for episodes, since those are reliably solid. "Exploration Missions" is a blank cypher onto which people are projecting all of their hopes and dreams, which inevitably means they'll fail miserably.
Not everyone is a hardcore originalist. I find the T6 ships to be, for the most part, very good-looking. Not a big fan of the Raptor. The Faeht and the Scryer are fantastic. That's not to say I want the Intel aesthetic expanded to all future ships, but for the role they're supposed to serve, they're excellent.
I woke up today to find that my account is no longer in this condition. Whatever's going on, it was lifted in my case. Hope it works out well for the rest of you.
Same deal here, steam wallet, etc. Master Keys purchased with zen right now are account-bound, and so is anything that comes out of a lockbox opened with them. Whatever bizarre billing issue is causing these transactions to be flagged, I hope it gets sorted out soon.
It's absurd. You'd think, at the very least, they'd have [Regular] and [Wide] options available if they're so desperate to accommodate that outfit. Changing the standard piece to suit a single outfit used by a small handful of players was incredibly obnoxious. Of course, it was incredibly obnoxious a year ago, and hasn't…
I'm leveling a new character, and her third ship (Mogai Heavy Warbird) vanished. Or rather, it never appeared. It never showed up in the Ship Selector after being bought. It was a free leveling-up ship, so it's not really a huge deal, but the fact that it's even possible is a serious problem.
You're suggesting that pads which magically hover above the shoulder are somehow better than those that touch them? I think the PCs are getting the better end of the bargain.
This thread is kinda depressing. It makes the game feel like terrible fanfiction when every single canon character has somehow ended up in a position of extreme importance. I literally groaned at the offhand mention of "Kai Kira" in the Cardassian arc. She's a military officer! "General Kira" would have been unneccesary,…
It does bother me a bit. The space patrol woman in Tau Dewa (Mivek?) in particular, treats you like you're some kind of foreign invader whose help she's reluctantly accepting.
This was a bit shocking. If you're fed, There's also a diplomatic mission in the Bajor system (which you're likely to do at almost the same time as Operation Gamma) where two Cardassians beam into your observation lounge... a federation ship Observation lounge, guarded by federation security.
There probably is a proper Romulan name for the ship classes, and the words we use are just English approximations. There are plenty of examples of this, the most obvious being, well, Romulan.
I realize how petty this is, but my biggest issue with this pack is that the DOffs I got from it have a blue border instead of a green one. I'm a fed-Rom, and my DOff list already has too many damn blue-bordered Fed types. You'd think the Romulan pack would have actual Romulan DOffs.
I don't think anyone expects hundreds of marks per day from Doff missions. 5-15 per mission, one to three missions available per day, that sort of thing. I don't think that would render other methods of acquiring them obsolete.
Never. I'm not the kind of lunatic who feels obligated to bring every single character to the absolute pinnacle of advancement in every possible category.
