Not sure what you are talking about, I got a free ship at level 10, 20, and 30. I've only got about 60hrs of play time in so I am rather new to the game.

Sell stuff you do not need. I was stupid and recycling every thing I did not use. Then I wised up and started to check prices on the Exchange, not sitting at 400k or so, and that is in the period of two days.
