It's the intel ability Viral Impulse Burst. Intel team and I think engineering team counter it but since mokai ships always arrive in groups which can spam that sh*t it's better to just stay at a distance so they can't affect you in the first place.

Anniversary would make sense. They specifically made those ships for the last anniversary so I wouldn't be surpirsed if that became an annual thing.

No corrosive omni, it's one of the older types before omni beams really became mainstream. Still, that 3,2k zen is way overpriced considering all the options of getting purple (or better) plasma weapons. Even with an omni it wouldn't be worth it.

If by "OP" you mean OverPriced then yes because nothing is overpowered and nothing is really worth the price. Over 6k zen for 1 subpar cruiser is a friggin bad joke.

Yes the yukawas can be used on any ship with a hangar, was using them on a Silik class for quite a while. Them and the Shuk-din from the Tzenkethi Tzen-tar are the only frigates with that cpability.

To be able to use the Vanguard ships on fed/kdf/rom characters you first have to claim them on a jem'hadar and grind their ship mastery to T6. It's annoying but thankfully the new patrols give a lot of ship xp so it only takes a couple runs per ship.

Finally it let me past the 5 NPCs. Tooke a cpuple more tries and a complete game restart but I finally could interact with the NPCs and wipe their memories to progress. Not gonna touch that mission any time soon again. :s

Kinda doubt that, the rocket building seems too less of an effort to earn progress towards the token/1k lobi. Has to be a TFO that takes more than doing absolutely nothing to "win".

As long as you're not running the garbage ion stream projector everything is fine. Some are betters than others but if you have some shield pen or a meaningful buff/debuff it's good enough.

Not giving you any power at all is a bug but the leech was heavily nerfed a long time ago. It now has static values so that 700+ drainX does nothing to your power levels. Still affects the power loss on targets though it barely matters for NPCs. For you it's +0,75 power per system with a max of 10 stacks.

There's barely a difference. Procs have a 2,5% chance to trigger per firing cycle so realisticly they happen so rarely that they're almost non-existent. Just go with your preferred color and make a well thought out build with it.

Unlikely. Sometimes they're having a hard time combining new and old models of the same family because of the the different shapes & connection points. If phoenix boxes need any change then it's past event stuff that's still missing. Off the top of my head it's still lacking the agony phaser torp and the tommy gun. I'm sure there's still more that's currently unobtainable.

What's the point of a new T1 ship? Not only do you outlevel it in like a couple hours of gameplay they've also become obsolete since T6 ships started being useable right after the turorial.

Rule of thumb is if it's not a design directly owned by CBS but a third party the anwser is no. There have been exceptions like the Ent-F, Chimera and the unused desgins that eventually made it in but if it's from another game and owned by another company the chances are basically zero.
