I have to agree 10 fold.. The power drain in this game is BS.. I liked it much better when you had to train for your type of ship, That made a fair bit of difference with issues like this.. It was a player, I have noticed it in the borg as well, But we all know they are OP'd (and i'm ok with that lol) But with other players? That's kinda overkill and makes a tanking build useless.
