This patch has everything to do with the fleet size debate. Another holding is being introduced, so smaller fleets feel like they are even further behind compared to large fleets. Yup. Having the same problem. The mission doesn't register as having disabled the self-destruct. :( Edit: And just to be sure it wasn't a random glitch I ran the mission a second time. Still a no go.
