• I have this exact same issue and they also tried blaming it on my graphics card when I can run WoW off this computer so it seriously isn't the issue. Only thing I can do is keep trying to run it in safe mode but most of the time it won't work, if I'm lucky out of 20 tries I might be able to get in. I hope they do sort this…
