The Buy Out option may be active after todays patch..

You cant buy out once the event is over.. Second chance I guess would be next year or a similar event on Risa where you could complete this event and do the next one..

In order to get it via the event store you have to claim it from the event tab cause it gives you the DIL package along with the ship..The event store is basically a reclaim option for your other toons..
