I'll try it. I've tried to claim it at Q'nos ship yard. DS9 ship yard and C-store while on DS9 map. Its grayed out like I already own it. Which I've claimed it in the past on this character because I had the non-com petx2.

Lower dilithium rewards. Increase dilithium consumption! Good idea or bad idea? Borg STFs are harder to get BNPs. Now this with dyson harder to get VCI? Doesn't this make it harder for new players? If you don't like the STFs don't play them. But, let me break this down on you. All the wallet warrior high DPSers only do STFs that last as long as they do after paying a soiled dove. Cryptic, PW, and Arc are here to make money. As long as people open wallets guess what they cater to? (Hint: Its not fixing bugs.)
