I just brought my Oddy out of dry dock with 6 of the Andorian Advanced beam arrays on it. I haven't noticed the other issues you mentioned, but I am getting horrible sound FX from them.

So far looks good! I'd also like to be able to change my alien toon over to a liberated Borg as I only chose alien for the better trait options. Maybe make it a free one time use on each pre-existing character login thing?

^THIS! THIS! A thousand times this!^ The changes as they are now benefit escorts only. With my escorts, I run so much def I can already out tank my cruisers. Put a hole in shield res and my cruiser suffers, not my scort. Cut the res down like ddis said and...well, just everything ddis said in this post.

I would love to have a tier 5 (maybe +1) Exeter. It's a great looking ship, designed in the recent timeline, and it's gorgeous :D Seriously, I can completely understand no tier 5 Connie, but the cryptic designs should not be a problem. I would love to see a fleet Exeter as a match for the fleet Vorcha.
