So...Hearts and Minds isn't active yet. I was under the impression that it was supposed to be available for the whole duration of the Halloween event. Is this a bug?

It looks like @tom61sto found what could be the problem. I recommend you follow @tom61sto 's suggestion and clean out your desktop (or laptop), and please keep us updated if cleaning out the heatsinks and cooling fans worked (as a way to apply 'process of elimination' to a troubleshooting step).

Is your character a Jem'Hadar? I noticed that Jem'Hadar do not get any eyewear. I don't think Gorn get eyewear as well.

As I mentioned earlier, Alien characters are missing several hairstyles, like many of the long Klingon hairstyles... And the Alien characters are also missing facial hair options that Klingons have. I've created an Alien on the KDF side; The Tall Man, and he could stand to use a Cardassian hairstyle.

I'm sorry to say that the Wetsuit is not under Beachwear Separates; it's only in the Beachwear Set, and you're not going to find the old Wetsuit parts under any other entry in Off-Duty.

The Grounded accolade is very hit-and-miss; some instances I can complete the act that triggers the accolade, other instances the fighter simply dummy-flies into the buildings to the right and just stays on those buildings, never turning around and flying to the despawn point as it should. It's very RNG when this bug…

For now, I'm going to have to take screenshots of my loadouts, BOFF abilities, traits and weapons, even though this recourse is just a bandaid to the true problem.

Update: It happened again just now as my oldest tac KDF guy redoing Sphere of Influence, after assigning Koren/Shon/A'drianna/Worf to their posts in the Obelisk Carrier and watching the cutscene where you enter a subspace gateway, transitioning into the ship battle over the Jouret planet. As I'm about to log back in...

I've encountered this same effect, but with the Veteran EV suits. Both the Klingon and Romulan veteran EV suits casting that triangular shadow. The Starfleet veteran EV suit casts a shadow on the left hand side of the cone of light. That's the big shadow cast from the DSC rep EV suit.

I was really hoping to avoid fleet ships; I was hoping for a 2500 zen ship one can just purchase from the zen store, and to be able to reclaim it again and again, just like the other zen store ships.

I noticed that whenever that sector/space glitch where instead of your ship, you see your ground character in space, traits go missing. Some of the repeat offenders when it comes to traits disappearing are Mental Discipline, Peak Health, and Accuracy; there might have been others, but these 3 are the ones most often that…

I think the beachcomber outfit has been moved to the Beachwear Separates and no longer available in either Uniform or Off-Duty.

Not sure if this is a bug, but...according to the news announcement, the Jr. Officer event should have started yesterday, on 25 Jun 2024 @0800 hrs PT. So far, the event is still not active. Has the event been cancelled, or is it a bug?

KDF characters gain access to Classic Risa when they raise their Marauding rank to 3. Do some Marauding DOFF missions to level that up.

Wasn't there supposed to be a server restart for this to activate? A lot of us are already starting to populate the academies, and no glowy orbs yet.

There are problems with DSC Fed, TOS Fed, and Dominion BOFFs that are unable to wear ranks higher than Ensign in their Odyssey uniforms as well as other uniforms.
