This was for PC. Sorry this is my first time doing a bug report for this game, and believed i was following the GM's instructions properly. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please send me the link to the new location you'll be moving this too incase i need to update the ticket further.

Also i emailed the second vid and sceenshot in my updated bug report as i'm worried the quality was low on the youtube link. (disclaimer: i don't know how to do that too well as that was my first time uploading a phone vid to youtube)
