No, mk xii consoles drop regularly from multiple missions right now, or you can get them as a fighting loot. So no point of NADORC.

My eperience is - it's not just coordinates. It also depends on how fast and from which direction you come. So your results may vary from mine just because we use different engines, if for no other reason. I don't see any change to Haggle assignments whatsoever after the latest patch. And no, Haggle assignments are not missing. They can be found if you know where to look. The problem is that the sector map doesn't show correct assignment except for some very specific spots on the map.

In 384 runs of request RD assistance mission, I got Gumarre 9 times. So I would say he's relatively frequent drop, compared to other doffs you can get.

Every 4 days. I would also add browsing exchange, looking for expensive stuff listed at under-market-value prices and reselling it. Other than that I do the same, and I would estimate the revenue I'm getting at about the same level as yours.

Since the doff system is bugged and whether you see the mission or not depends on hard to describe factors (like how fast you go through the sector or from where you enter), it's really hard to edit to sheet. That may be it. The problem is the assignment still flicker around the sector borders. But if indeed the only relevant borders are those from the old blocks as shown in Geko's map, then the problem should be possible to pin down to just several /loc positions.

There are no Haggle or Asylum missions on any of the planet maps - ground, orbit, trader or department heads.

It does, and I did have a routine worked out to go through the Alpha using coordinates so that the assignments show up. Unfortunately, it stopped working after the latest patch.

Haggle missions aren't gone, I get them consistently all across Alpha. They were however removed from DS9 (ground, space and trader) - all social zones (DS9s, Earth Space Dock, Vulcan, Andor, Qo'nos) were affected by the change and they only get the generic missions, no Haggle or Asylum anymore.

Exchange items don't seem to expire anymore (at least not after 7 days as before - I'll need to wait to see if the maximum time on exchange was indeed removed or simply extended). - fixed as of May 7 patch, exchange items now expire again after 7 days.

You can only have 10 million dilithium.

Still, some of those whites sell for close to 10 million EC on exchange, so I wouldn't completely dismiss the idea of getting them ;)

It happens on most sector borders, not just those from the Taco's map. Also, the assignment sometimes change inside a sector, away from the border. It's not very unusual for me to see three different sets of assignments in a given sector while flying through.

There's about 1 in 2 chance that the mission will give you a white doff and a small chance of getting Gumarre (blue Aegis doff). Why screwed?

I did hundreds of these missions and Zissiox is the only non-R&D I have ever got. And he's not such a bad return, either. I usually manage to get some 150-200k EC on exchange for him.
