i have windsow 8.1 and i start up the game and than i can't get into the game and i tried to unistall the game than i install the game but i still can't get into the game i can get into neverwinter but i can't get into startrek

why do you always have to do maintance all the time I can't get to the game when you do maintance so will you be done soon:mad::mad:
