skhc is right. When you have so many different tactics and people that learned on specific ones, PUGing Cure can be a nightmare and expecting everyone to do the same tactic each time is ridiculous. It happens rarely; I went into a group last week who were all using mrrml (which I prefer over rmmrl) without coordination (as…
Dude, people whine about everything in STO. Just look at dev blog posts; 75% of the comments are whining. Many STO players refuse to be pleased with anything and will remind you of it constantly. It's not limited to the KDF by any means. I hate to say it, but the only way to deal with it is to get used to it.
 Apparently, I'm not the only one who thinks it doesn't make sense. It's not a tactic, it's a simple statement. Simple, and to the point. It's not elaborate or full of fluff, just descriptive. Sorry, but some things aren't worth dignifying with a "real" response.
LOL Dude, you always come up with good ideas that stay within the realm of ST canon and possibility; the biggest problem is you don't work for them. :( But that sounds quite feasible. Off topic: what happened to that Odo mission you were making?
That sounds to me like over-analytical nonsense. Making something sound more complicated doesn't make it more logical. Imagine what happens in STF's when you get assimilated; you have no control over where you go or what you do. Remember, Freud said that "sometimes a cigar is just a cigar". Obscuring something with…
Yeah, I don't see how this would work. Basically, you'd have a Borg with free will. A Borg with free will would have no place in the Collective. For the sake of all other arguments, I can't get past that one point.
I can understand the Galaxy R not being as good as the Odyssey (it's the brand new flagship, for Christ's sake), but it should at least be as good as the Excelsior. All the fleet version enhancements do is put it on par with the non-fleet cruisers.
People are complaining about the torps being underpowered, but I guarantee you that if it were on par damage-wise with other quantums with that firing arc people would be whining and crying about it being op.
I'm sorry, but imagining a Constitution that could go toe to toe with an Odyssey or Sovereign is just plain silly. It's only my opinion, but it's completely absurd. It's bad enough seeing single ships that could tank cubes, it'd be even worse to see a Constitution do it.
Same here and I know my connection is good. My ping is about 17 ms on average with 0-1 ms jitter. Considering this only started happening after season 6 went live and other people in my fleet starting having the same problem then, I think it's highly likely it's on Cyptic's end.
I have lots of ships on different alts but some of which are: Brian USS Legion-MVAE (My name is Legion, for we are many) USS Carpe Cerevisi-Sci Oddy USS Nexus Surfer-Excelsior Retrofit USS Donkey Punch-Peregrine USS Glutton-D'Kora Trill Nye License to Trill-LRSVR Garfield USS Lasagna-Excelsior Retro Tinker Tabby USS…
