Nope only have the one labeled Uniform and the unusable "join a fleet to unlock" slot. I am gold and I bought the +2 Costume slots upgrade from the Zen store for 250zen. This did not unlock any additional Slots just made it stat at the bottom that 4 additional outfits. when I create a new outfit the uniform scroll down…

thanks TC I accessed the bridge and did not know about that menu. I have Purple Mk VI Chronitron torp with a DPS (when equiped) of 189, yet the ship came with Proton Mk IV grey torp with a DPS of 291 (when equiped). Ya I do not have a second slot, it says I have to join a fleet to open this. The option to change from Uniform to Off-duty is grayed out to me. I was wondering if the off-duty slot is unlock at a certain level.
